Yeah, I've never pushed my legs as hard as I did yesterday. I'm actually limping right now :P It's the good kinda pain, though. I need a good nights sleep!

Weights day:

Flat bench: 5x5 (65kg)
+Single arm rows: 3x9 (31,5kg)

Deads: 4x7 (94kg)

Upright rows: 4x7 (36,5kg)
+Inverse flyes straight arms: 3x9 (15,5kg)

Decided to give my legs a little rest today (except for the deads, hamstrings weren't that bad), still sore.

HAHAHAHAHA…. Who me and anime?

I only watch anime every night before I sleep. At times I watch anime until 3AM in the morning and have to get up at 5AM to go to work the next day. Sometimes I watch anime all day and night on the weekends and turn off my cell phone.

Most times I read my Manga (Japanese comic books) before I get to work, after work, before I workout, after I workout, before I eat, after I eat. I only have a full book shelf of Japanese comic books in my room and when I go to the festivals, I always want to dress up like them (cosplay).

Nah... I don’t think I’m really in to anime maybe just a bit addicted to it.

If you want, I can share you some links where you can watch & read for FREE!!!
With English subtitles!!! Beware it can cause serious addiction and can be BAD for your health and eyes.

That's 5 different exercises, with planks taking up most of the time

I am going to have to at some point start dedicating some serious time to ab and back work. I see that much of the recomended core work for runners involves many flavors of planks. And, I hate them.

I do side planks twice and then I mix between regular and diagonal. Are there any other variations I could do? Go for it Edgar!

Those look great! I gotta try those! Especially the last two with the leg raises. I can feel my sore abs already.

First one is good, second position is putting a huge amount of stress on the shoulder, so it appears.
