Pullups: 7+6+5+4 (10 kg backpack)
+Military press: 3x9 (40kg)

Squats: 4x7 (65,5kg)

Dips: 12+10+9 (22kg backpack)
+Bent row: 4x7 (52kg)

Dumbbell front raises: 3x9 (20kg)
+Ham curl: 5x5 (35kg)

Just wanted to add an experience I had this Monday. Even though I had not worked out since Thursday, and partied a lot that weekend, I managed to lower the record biking up "my mountain" by 32 seconds :shock: 22:49 -> 22:17. The last few times I had hovered around my best time without improving...wierd yeah? My legs just felt fresh and rested.

@Bonnie, it's getting there, but I'm not happy with my bench press progress. Could it be that I'm working my chest too much?

By the way, Bonnie or Boss Man, if you ever had a look at my weights sessions, how do they look to you? Anything you'd tweak if you were me?
