Just wanted to add an experience I had this Monday. Even though I had not worked out since Thursday, and partied a lot that weekend, I managed to lower the record biking up "my mountain" by 32 seconds 22:49 -> 22:17. The last few times I had hovered around my best time without improving...wierd yeah? My legs just felt fresh and rested.
Hmm, The Procrastinator is bugging me about doing ab work now. He really really doesn't like it! I'm gonna have to pull a Brent here and punch him in the gut.
