Lately it’s been REALLY HOT!!!! I can’t stand anything that’s over 80degrees!!!
It’s been over 100degrees lately and I’m melting away!!! I got up in the middle of the night with head aches… CRAZY HUH!!

I’m been working out lightly… To make sure I recover completely. I’ve been slowly increasing some weights and reps… Now, I feel like I can handle more challenge!!!

1 Good thing:
Another beautiful HOT DAY!!!! :D
(B/c it's been hot... I've been drinking tons of water!!!!)

Nokie~!!! You look downright HOT~! I can't imagine anyone saying all those horrible things to you..EVER......you look GREAT!!!

I like your food journal, looks a little like what I eat, mostly anyway - a little lighter maybe. I'm really trying to watch those darn calories but it really isn't the number of calories, it's WHAT those calories are comprised of that counts.

I have family in California (I think that's where you are!) and the heat lately has been horrible - melting is the right word! I don't know how anyone could walk (outside ) anyway, in that heat. But I hear it's been unseasonally cool and foggy this summer?

Great job Nokie!

Thank you everyone. I noticed a lot mentioned I should supersize the picture... he he he… maybe the next one.

I got up late and everything started out late… bummer!

9AM – Rice, eggs, sausage (I was sooooo HUNGRY)
12PM – Rice, chicken, broccoli
3PM – Wheat turkey sandwich
5PM – Lower body workout – Proteins hake
7PM - Steam green beans, fish
9PM – Protein shake

I think I need to watch out for my carbs more often… I ran out of fruits already… gotta go shopping again…

1 good thing
I love the weather today…. NOT hot at all…
Its beautiful cold breeze… I love the fact that I can wear a jacket!
I used to dislike the fog… but I rather want the fog more than the hot heat ( or anything over 80 degrees)

You should be so proud of yourself Nokie.

You look pretty strong, you look healthy, and in good overall condition.

I'm proud of you, for always being dedicated, consistent and sticking to the task in hand.

Keep up the hard work, because you're ARE doing superbly well and you deserve to smile, for all hard work you've put in and what you've achieved.

You're a really superb person and I'm very happy for you.

WELL DONE :).

Thank you all for you kind words and encouragements... :D :D :D

I've been eating the same thing... so I haven't been updating. Also, work have been very busy lately so I can't log online like I used to.
My workout have been going great until recently... hehehe.... that's my fault tho. :?
I did 50 push ups (5x10), Now my left should hurt again... (Now i know my limit... I used to do 100 (10x10) :( )
However, that didn't stop me from workout... I've been doing some cardio and plyometrics with lots of jumps and drills....

Hope you all are doing well :D

Update:

Finally… things are slowing down a bit, now I just need to catch up on my own work!!! Anyways, my meals have been the same.

6:30AM – Protein shake, Banana
9 AM– Oatmeal, scramble egg whites
12PM – Brown rice, steam veggie, grilled chicken breast
2:30PM – LF Cottage Cheese
4:30-5:30 – Workout – Protein shake
6:30PM – Soup* (Homemade)
9PM – Scramble eggs or String cheese or Protein shake

Soup – Ground turkey, cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, onions, black lentils & chicken broth. (All chopped up into small little pieces… easy and soft to eat...!!!!)

Workout… Still not doing Insanity Training yet because I know I will injure myself again with the intensive workouts (I already hurt my left shoulder with just 50 push ups). However, I am doing my own workout with light weights for upper body and a lot of intensive lower body workouts. (With all those various squats and lunges I’m doing… I better have one hard steel butt!!!!)

I hope everybody is doing well. When I have more time… I’ll be around and drop you all a line…. Until then... TAKE CARE and STAY FIT and HEALTHY!

1 good thing:
2 pounds gone… whew, such hard work!!!
(Dude… easy gain… f-ing hard to lose… But NEVER give up!)

Update: 10/04/10

I thought I would have more free time after finishing a project. Instead I got 3 more extra projects…. Oh dear…. :?

Weekends have been busy recently due to our friend’s wedding. I’m not sure if I mentioned it here that I was one of the bridesmaids… Anyways, the wedding was last weekend… tiresome and stressful… but successful… hehehe
Anyways, I didn’t make it to the weight goal that I wanted to for the wedding. Ohwell, it’s not like my life is over or anything… it’s just a short term goal I made for myself... No biggie. The main thing is the long term goal… which is to be healthy and eventually be fit.

My diet last week hasn’t been good. Sometimes I eat too little or too much at once. However, this week will be better.

M-W-F (workout 2 times a day) T-TH-SAT (1 time)
5AM – Protein shake ½
5:15-5:45 – Cardio – Protein shake ½
7 – Eggs and oatmeal
9:30 – Grilled chicken, raw cashews
12PM – Grilled fish, brown rice, steam broccoli
2:30 – FF cottage cheese
4:30 – Workout - weights – Protein shake
6 – Grilled chicken, green salad, side of peanut dressing
9 – Protein shake or HB eggs if still hungry.

My goal is to sleep earlier than usual so I can wake up earlier to do some morning cardio incase I don’t have time to come home to workout or go to the gym after work.

Certain days I will workout 2 times a day… the other days I will only do morning cardio. I have some obligations I need to do after work nowadays… no comments about that.

I will post up some pictures once I have time to load them on my computer. I’m a bit hesitant because I felt really big in that dress. Although the other bridesmaids think I’m too hard on myself… But it’s easy for them to say since they are small and the dress looks beautiful on them. Anyways… Hope everyone is doing well….

I think you are probably being a little hard on yourself in all honesty and you don't need to be.

Whatever you do keep on being proud of yourself, because you've earned that. You're a beautiful person on the inside where it matters most, so don't ever forget it and keep remembering what it's worth :).

Nice to see you around, Nokie! I'm sure you looked good at the wedding! I think you are being too hard on yourself. You seem like your a really busy gal, are you still reading your comics?
