:D :D ........didn't really notice a big difference taking it, but wife had bought me another container when I was taking it before, so I gave it a rest, now I'll work way through this one, and see how it goes.

It will go in, digest, have some biological effect, then probably be pretty unmemorable in it's impact . However as your wife bought it, you've not taken any financial risk, so it might be win - win in a few weeks. Worst case scenario, win - so-so :P.

She was worried initially about the supposed Test boosting qualities, that it might make me grouchy, but it didn't seem to effect me that way...... :) So she bought me more. Not really into buying alot of supplements, as I'm looking to be fit, and want to try to get the majority of nutrition through proper eating habits. Something I can maintain long-term, and not have to drain the bank to do it. I'm not aiming for the stage, and theres no financial return, just hopefully good health, and looking good.

That would be so funny, if Creatine tubs came with the wording, "warning, this product may make you grouchy" :P :P.

Though I think such an effect is highly unlikely.

Time to get accountable, and start logging again. Hope everyone is doing great.... :)

Monday, 10-11-10

Current weight--185

Exercises done as Supersets

Flat Bench--12x65, 12x65 Warm-up 140/ 8,8,8,6
Seated Close Grip Row--12x100, 12x100 Warm-up 150/ 10,10,7,5.5

Incline Push-up (feet on bench) 10,9,8,6
Lat Pulldown--100/9,9,8,7

Currently adding slightly to diet to gain some Winter weight, and hopefully get numbers up. Weight through the Summer was 180.

Wed. 10-13-10

Leg work has been quite slim for the Summer, so not pushing too hard, as I need to be able to walk.

Done as Supersets

Front Squat--12x70, 12x70, 140/12,7,7,7
Front Military Press--12x8db, 12x8db, 70/7,7,7,6

Will shoot for more sets next time. Working up to probably 8 total sets per bodypart.

Wed.-Fri.--Off due to work schedule. 10 hours Wed. 15 hours Thurs. and Fri. Shooting to get work set on legs up to 8 next session.

Mon. 10-19-10

Done as Supersets

Flat Bench--15x45, 12x70, 150/ 6,6,6,5
Seated Close Grip Row--12x90, 12x90, 150/9,9,7,6

Incline Push-up to failure--9,10,8,6
Lat Pulldown--110/7,7,6,5

Finished with Flat Bench--20x45

Went back to a little wider grip on the bench as I think the 32" grip is hitting tri's alot more than I want.

Wow, that is so weird. Seriously, I was just thinking about you and contemplating putting a "knock-knock" thingy on your journal! Glad to see you are still alive and kick'n. :D How's Barb and the kids? Did you guys have a busy summer?

Hey Lynne, thanks for thinking of us. We are doing great, busy as always with 2 boys in Football, 1 in Soccer, and Barbie and I are about 4 weeks into our Fall VB league.

How are things with you?

Slowly, but certainly! Plan is to get up to about 85-87kg before I start cutting. Last attempt at cutting was so slow, I lost patience and went back to eating well again. Besides, I had only gained 8kg so I think I can keep going a bit more. What about you?

I maxed out around 196 (89kg) then trimmed to 180 for the Summer. Lost some size, and strength as expected, but looked good for beach/boating weather, once I finally got the tan happening. Now its lift, eat, grow. Going to keep the diet pretty clean, call it a "clean bulk". Will likely get up into the 190's again before next Summer, maybe 200+, but seems doubtful. Looking forward to lifting some heavier weight...... :D
