Hi, right now I'm exercising with Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I have now 2 weeks but I see very little changes specially in the abs area, I don't see it slimming down. I exercise 4-5 times a week, eat 3 meals a day and I try to eat as healthy as possible but I can get rid of the extra fat in my abs, more specifically my lower abs where the belly button is.
well I eat 3 times a day, for breakfast I have coffee everyday, I don't eat everyday the same thing, some days I eat cereal without milk or eat some cookies, I have to admit like bakery cookies. For lunch I eat meat, chicken or fish, vegetables or salads and may be potatoes or rice or in my country is common to eat plantain chips also. For dinner I normally don't eat too much only a cheese sandwich. I try not to drink too much sodas, and I try to drink enough water.
