It's more than just Arms and Stomach though, it's about Legs and Back, and Chest as well.

I didn't have time to watch the videos, but if they don't include those muscle groups, then the workout is seriously lacking in all over conditioning, which means you could end up with postural problems and / or an inability to progress.
