Last night, I trained a nurse, who incidentally helped me learn how to take a pulse better..she asked if I competed..after I finish my courses & start a job, that will be my new goal.Even if I don't place, at least I will know how to train someone to compete, win win in my eyes.I notice that the fat % loss has resulted in some undesirable effects in the glut area, so I'm adding some isolation work on them, see if I can't fill that area out a bit

I haven't felt the well worked out feeling for awhile.I'm also trying to concentrate on the muscle & block out the gym while I lift, seems to have worked well this morning for the chin ups.Have a good day everyone !

oh ps..weight is at 108.5 same as last week.
