Pullups: 8+6+5 (10kg backpack)
+Military press: 3x10 (40kg)

Squats: 10x3 (70kg)

Dips: 3x10 (29kg backpack)
+Bent row: 3x10 (52,5kg)

S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (15kg backpack)
+Hamstring curl: 3x10 (35kg)

12 min misc ab work > 10 min warmup > 20 min HIIT > 10 min steady state.

Single arm rows: 3x10 (32kg)

Deads: 3x10 (97kg)

Upright rows: 3x10 (35,5kg)

Standing triceps extensions: 3x10 (30kg)

Quad curl: 3x10 (50kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (16kg backpack)

Glad to know you are. :) My dad lives in the keys and he still complains about the cold weather in the winter everyday on facebook. It can be kind of annoying sometimes when we have below 0 degree weather with windchills and he doesn't like it cuz its in the 60's or whatever. :roll:

Fygle, if your saying that you didn't exercise because of rain, I'm sure your conscious will punish you far more than any of us can ever do! :P
