Hey guys. I need a workout routine that will help my develop bigger Biceps Triceps Shoulders Obliques And Lower Abs
The Only equipment i have available to me are 25 pound dumbells...the perfect pushup...and the Iron Gym...if you someone could form me a workout that would help, that would be great!
I don't want to over do it as I am still in puberty but i play no sports, I do music. I have an little below average Physique. I do not want to achieve BODYBUILDER MUSCLES. But i would like to earn muscles to make me look better and more fit.
