I was in pretty good shape when I got out of highschool. I wrestled and worked out pretty often. Since then, I've started smoking, eating horribly, and doing a lot of laying around.
Anyways, I have some extra belly fat and "love-handles" starting to form. At this rate I'm headed straight for a heart attack.
My goals are:
To feel more energetic
To feel good about my physical health
To have visible abs
To quit smoking
My current eating habits are horrible. I drink monster energy in the morning, and eat a Sheetz breakfast sandwich. Then I usually won't eat all day until late night, where I overindulge and fall asleep. I do get some physical exercise at work - I wash tractor trailers. Once I get home, I usually don't even want to leave my room due to lack of energy/ambition.
I know I'm going to have to make a TON of changes to my lifestyle in order to achieve these goals, and I'm willing to do it with the right guidance. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a diet and exercise plan, or link me to something useful.
