Wow… I haven’t been updating for awhile. I will start again with my diet and workout.
Little update:
October was one tough month ever… It has been an emotional ride.
Work was a major stress… Didn’t have time for breaks or lunch… eating and working is NOT the best thing to do but when it comes to deadlines… can’t help it. After work, straight to the hospital…
You know… When I was at the hospital I realized people could have avoided a lot of illness if they took care of themselves better. Daily exercise, better diet, don’t smoke, drink, and do drugs… etc… things they can do to prevent them coming to the hospital and have all kinds of illness.
Once you’re at the hospital… who knows what kind of medicine/drugs they will give you to cure your illness. If it’s the wrong drug… It can really mess you up even more!
In my case… the hospital gave a bad medicine to the person and that person became psychotic. The person didn’t even know who I was, became more ill then before and wanted to commit suicide. No one knew what happen until the doctors look over the changed of medicines and realized one of them had steroids in it. On our case, the steroids made that person psycho. It was very emotional for the whole family to go through it and to a metal hospital. After the medicine was discontinued… the person is recovering.
After one person was getting better another person happen to be hospitalized due to cancer. What can you do when you’re on stage 4? Just waiting for death? I’m at lost… I don’t know what to do… It’s depressing.
After stressing so much lately and having a bad habit of eating out and not working out enough is totally punishing my body and health. Being at the hospital the last month, it’s a really a reality check that I REALLY REALLY REALLY need to take care of myself better. If I can prevent some illness by continue to eat better and exercise and not do stuff that will harm my body…. I’ll DO IT!!!
