everyday im gonna try some sort of class. today im gonna try a life power vinyasa class.
taking the classes gets my mind off things. when i do weights all i think about is why arn't i loosing the weight with the effort im putting into it. this way by taking the classes if i dont see the quick results i wont care as much because im getting out everyday and im having so much fun! im not saying im giving up on the weight training but this makes me feel so good and i have a great time doing it. if i feel my body needs a rest day i wont get upset about it. i know it needs it for all the hard work its doing. i just dont want to stop! im having such a blast! this week has put me in such a good mood!
