Thanks rebekah, hope I spelled it correctly :) Ooooh swanso, the man responsible for giving me these exercises, rep range, carbohydrate information THANKS so much, it has changed my life forever, hugs :) I am lucky to have the support of all who contributed their knowledge & encouragement so freely, thank you everyone, special note to boss man, whom spends a massive amount of time helping everyone :)

Todays workout

HIIT elliptical level 10
5 intervals 30/90 seconds
3 mins slow
20 mins SS

It is amazing how the myth of " You can't build muscle & burn fat " at the same time is so ingrained in peoples minds.I swear If I had not just DONE exactly that in the last year, I'd fall victim to the BS too.

Workout B.S. too true.

I saw someone posting on a site once, claiming when she started lifting weights, her Mother had advised her not to do it, or she'd turn into a Lesbian with a beard :shock:.

Where do people get this outrageous guff from. Just reading it at the time nearly sent my eyes into spasm :P.

Yes I blew that myth to hell :) Though with my arms/chest, my top weight is still only about 22.5 lb.I accredit most of my muscle to body weight lifts ( chin ups, pull ups ).That is a great picture of you, looking GOOD !I continue to be amazed at how the body works.I have NEVER been so cool & happy during a heat wave as I am now, even though I was out working in it for 4hrs, my cooling/heating system is working fabulously :)

Todays Workout

Weight..107.5 After ALL that carbohydrate eating, I can see my skin tightening up & the body fat percentage still dropping, so I guess that is where the 2.4 lbs went this week, I hope ? I definitely don't see any muscle loss, my legs are becoming more defined by the day :)

Chin ups
1 x 9/7/8
with
Split squats
3 x 8 x 115 ( finally only need load two 35 lb plates )

Bent DB rows
3 x 8 x 30lb
with
Dead lifts
3 x 5 x 125lb

Shoulder press on ball
1 x 7 x 20lb
2 x 6 x 20lb

Tricep kickbacks
3 x 10 x 15lb
with
Bicep curls
3 x 7 x 20

Supine DBL leg drops with ab curl
3 x 10

Planks
2 x 90 seconds

Side planks
2 x 45 seconds
