This diet or "new way of life" has probably been the only one that has worked for me. I can actually eat normal healthy food and im not always starving. Thats Shapefit! you awesoem!
Howeeveerrr i have been dieting for a month now and have lost about 10 lbs. ( i was 154) Which i am estatic about, but this is the time in my dieting phase where i usually start giving up because im not losing the weight fast enough, (which i know now is not the healthy way to go, im just impatient)
Please give me some encouraging words! Anything! I really want to stick to this plan. I dont want to fall back to where i was.
