Need Motivation! Help!

This diet or "new way of life" has probably been the only one that has worked for me. I can actually eat normal healthy food and im not always starving. Thats Shapefit! you awesoem!

Howeeveerrr i have been dieting for a month now and have lost about 10 lbs. ( i was 154) Which i am estatic about, but this is the time in my dieting phase where i usually start giving up because im not losing the weight fast enough, (which i know now is not the healthy way to go, im just impatient)

Please give me some encouraging words! Anything! I really want to stick to this plan. I dont want to fall back to where i was.

Please give me some words on ecouragement.

Remember that this is for life. Givign up is like say I don't care what my physical health might end up like.

Carrying on shows you care for yourself a lot and in the long-term it will make a difference, both inside and out.

Dont' ever forget the positive effects on blood, Bone, Cholesterol, Brain etc, that you can't see. It's not all about visual change, so hang in there and keep reminding yourself that you ARE worth it and you DO matter :).
