So far, 10kg since last Christmas. I do have a bit of fat around my stomach that needs to go, but I don't really sweat it. This is something I've always kind of had.

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Deads: 3x10 (97kg)

Quad curl: 3x10 (60kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (16kg backpack)

Shrugs: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Flat bench: 10x3 (72,5kg)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (62,5kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (16kg backpack)

Deads: 3x10 (97kg)

Barbell curls: 3x10 (36kg)
+Quad curl: 3x10 (60kg)

Shrugs: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Pushups: 9x narrow > 10x mid > 10 wide (23kg backpack)

Squats: 3x10 (72,5kg)

Dips: 3x10 (36kg backpack)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (42,5kg)

I just got back from staying a few days at the beach. It was awesome. :mrgreen:

You live in such a beautiful place Fygle. What is the weather like in the Winter? What is there to do for sports or exercise?
