hi

my arse doesnt look like the duck's arse..is normal...I rather think is hip mobility (lack of) as u say.

Should i add extra streeches for the hamstring to my routine?..should I add one more hamstring exercise?... maybe salsa lessons would be the best but I really have no time for that :(

Any kind of class in particular that would help me?..

thanx again

I think u r right about the lack of hip mobility and the relatively shorter hamstrings...so how can I solve that problem?

Thanks.

By the way I was on holiday abroad with my kids and couldn't workout at all, (I'm very surprised that i didnt put on any weight even with the awafully bad food from the resort)...now I'm back in England and following the workout u gave me, which I intend to do for 6 weeks

Gracias

to lengthen the hamstirngs you'll need to stretch the quds, hip flexors and calves everyday 2 x 15secs HARD

for hip mobility follow the article doing 1 exercise from each section
