Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
Your workout log is turning into daily "math log" where I have to convert everything from kilos into pounds in order for tiny North American mind to comprehend it!
If your weights go any higher I will have to start using a calculator every time...

Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
If you can times by 2.2 in your head already, thats fairly decent.
Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
Exactly, 2.2lbs in a kilo, so not a hard calculation to make.
Also check out Onlineconversion. I stickied it in a useful links thread. It will work that stuff out for you in a jiffy.

Weights day:
Flat bench: 3x10 (65kg)
Deads: 3x10 (100kg)
Upright rows: 3x10 (40kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (17,5kg backpack)
Front lunges single leg raise: 3x10 (35kg)
Standing triceps extensions: 3x10 (36kg)
Front raises: 3x10 (22,5kg)
Finally have new weight discs so I can move up in deadlifts! 3x10 100kg this session, feel like I can do quite a bit more. Lunges + tri extensions in superset killed me, had to seperate them after first set. Been a while since I did lunges, really feeling it today.

Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
This is the route we will be taking if everything works out for everyone. We will be landing in Miami early May, take a trip out to Key West, and from there it's:
Valdosta, GA
Pensacola, FL
New Orleans, LA
Tyler, TX
Amarillo, TX (Big Texan Steakhouse!)
Tucumcari, NM
Shiprock, NM
Monument Valley, UT
Kayenta, AZ
Flagstaff, AZ
Grand Canyon Village, AZ
Bullhead City, AZ
Las Vegas, NV
Los Angeles, CA
San Francisco, CA
Los Angeles, CA
This is the straight driving route, but we will be taking detours, like the Four Corner Monument, floating rocks on Mojave etc. Roughly 4400 miles. Yes, I'm excited Taking tips on things to do/see!

On a different note, I've lost 2kg since I met new girlfriend. I'm not eating enough, it's all screwing with regime!

I live in the southern end of the Pineywoods of Texas, no cactus or tumbleweeds in these parts. So many people think of Texas as this vast flat, dry, desert land, when in fact it has a little bit of everything - tall pines, miles of great coastlline, plains, hill country, caverns (in San Marcos and New Braunfels) and yes, a lot of flat, dry brushy land out in West Texas. When you go through Tyler which is just on the northern tip of the Pineywoods, you should see some beautiful tall pine trees.
