Okay dokey I know for a fact that both are not technically healthy, or at least I know the latter is definitely not. Recently, I found myself a substitue for my heavy baskin robins ice cream cravings which are the Yocrunch yogurt. I know that I am consuming a lot less calories and sugars making this choice. However, I want to know am I getting anything at all from this yogurt (health-wise), as opposed to say 2-3 scoops of ice cream at one go? (yeah, i used to do that before!)
This is yogurt I have every other day or so. Usually 45 minutes after my workout, and after I have had my protein shake.

So which one wins? I know 2 scoops (3oz) or ice cream is about 600-700 calories from baskin robins. The yoghurt is about 200calories.
Plus this is the only yogurt I eat that my stomach doesn't react funny too. When I have activia it does, when I have normal low fat yogurt, it does bother me still. I have yet to try greek yogurt, but these things are so expensive!
Oh and this yogurt is rather scarce it coming from the US to here - hence I am not ALWAYS eating it. Say in 1-1.5month, I may have about 8 cups. def better than having 12 scoops of icream, right?
and i have it after my weights day not cardio.
