what's a weekly routine for you (time wise)? Are you constanly in the gym?

Mini_me - currently i go to the gym about 5 times a week for about hour a half a day. i find it to be a habit now and love 2 do it.

how do you break that time up (cardio/Weights)?

what advice would you give to beginners?

well to tell u the truth when i was just trying to lose fat i did nothing but cardio, i did a few cycles of insanity (a program from beach bodies, i highly recommended it). that is when i loss the bulk of my weight. now since in down to my goal weight i do alot of weights and im able to take it easy with the cardio. i would say out of the hour and a half im at the gym ill do 15 mins of light cardio, and the rest is spent lifting. and advice......dont stop, when i started i went from 310 down to 260 and i thought i was all good and ended up getting back up to 290....so if u fall just get back up and truly make the decision to get to ur goal weight...it was really hard i had to skip out on alot of parties and had to be the "fat guy" who ordered the salad when all my friends got pizza burgers and all that crap. but ill tell u what im not the fat friend anymore and it was all worth it!

i just joined today. you look great. ive tried to loose weight my entire life. when i was younger i didnt really know how. i would just eat mints all day not knowing i was putting pure sugar that was only going to make me bigger and more unhealthy. now i know a little more about what i should eat. walked 4 miles last night, going to try to do the same today. i would love to try insanity but i have a bad back L5 and S1 on both sides so im scared to do any thing to intense because of making it start hurting like it did. i have to take pain meds to keep pain under control. i have sugar, high col,high trig,high blood pressure and now i have low mag, that is prob why i hurt all over sometimes worse then others. but i have to do this for my health. do you think hip hop abs would be good to do being that shawn t is in both videos? im sure its not that intense but i am beginning. and again you look really good. your a good inspiration to me. i would like to know if you have any weight loss info that you could give me to help me loose the most weight possible so i can see the weight loss to keep me motivated. and one more question do you still eat pizza and or fast food or did you cut it all out and go cold turkey? thanks so much kim

hey there kim71 sorry i took so long to get back to u but im no doctor or anything but i say i just take it slow, one day at a time. just go on a healthy diet and keep on walking. maybe one day ur walks will become a jog and then a run, u never know. some of my friends did hip hop abs and they liked it. they said it was fun and a good workout maybe something u need right now. and in the form or tips i would have to say the main thing is diet....find the diet that works for u. low carb really worked when i was losing the weight but mostly just keep going consistence is the number 1 thing. ur going to do great! :)

at 225 now i know thats only a 5 pound drop from when i posted my first pics but i think im making progress in my muscle tone. im really trying to get a nice athletic look so if anyone see anything i might have to work on i would really appreciate ur constructive criticism. thanks alot :)

you look great man i just started working out and eating right its been a week and 1 day so far id love to know how you did it what did u do to loose the weight and how long did it take you when i started this new journey i started at 355 and now im at 339 thanks
