well to tell u the truth when i was just trying to lose fat i did nothing but cardio, i did a few cycles of insanity (a program from beach bodies, i highly recommended it). that is when i loss the bulk of my weight. now since in down to my goal weight i do alot of weights and im able to take it easy with the cardio. i would say out of the hour and a half im at the gym ill do 15 mins of light cardio, and the rest is spent lifting. and advice......dont stop, when i started i went from 310 down to 260 and i thought i was all good and ended up getting back up to 290....so if u fall just get back up and truly make the decision to get to ur goal weight...it was really hard i had to skip out on alot of parties and had to be the "fat guy" who ordered the salad when all my friends got pizza burgers and all that crap. but ill tell u what im not the fat friend anymore and it was all worth it!
