Hey everyone! This is my first post and was inspired by everyone else's pictures I thought I would post my own (something I would of dreaded 1 year ago)
Im 21 years old and from Western Australia
Before I started my fitness obsession I was 110kgs and hated life. Now Im down to 77kgs and pushing for more. I really need to tone my stomach cause its in a horrible state from the previous weight.
I no longer drink alcohol or any 'processed' and other wise unhealthy foods. I love fresh food and only eat nothing but the healthiest options! Ill learnt to love healthy food and no longer crave rubbish, I also exercise for at least 1 hour a day/6 days a week. I do weights 3 times a week. I used to drink energy drinks at least twice a day.....now the only liquid I drink is water, usually about 5 litres a day!
Now I spend all my free time outside, at the beach or music festivals.....I love being active, It puts you in a great frame of mind.
Anyway here are my before and after shots.....there are not many before shots because I hated photos. Please tell me what you think.
