I usually do either stationary bike or jogging. Jogging as long as the weather isn't crap.

Weights day:

Chinups: 10+10+9 (2,5kg backpack)

Military press: 3x10 (46kg)

Squats: 10x3 (85kg)

Pushups: 17x narrow > 16x mid > 19 wide (7,5kg backpack)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (65kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (40kg)

Deads: 3x10 (112,5kg)

Bicep curls: 3x10 (36kg)

Front raises: 3x10 (25kg)

Pullups: 10+10+10

Upright rows: 3x10 (42,5kg)

Deads: 3x10 (112,5kg)

Shrugs: 3x10 (75kg)

Quad extentions: 3x10 (62,5kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (20kg backpack)

Keep up the hard work and be proud of yourself. You always promote yourself as a good rolemodel to younger guys looking to start, or beginning to make greater strides forwards and you're a good guy who deserves what he trains hard to achieve.

Struggled today, new snow which made for a pretty lousy grip, and I seriously felt yesterdays squats in my legs.

Do you guys still have a lot of snow Fygle?? Our's keeps melting but then it snows again. Can't seem to get rid of it. We will have some flooding pretty soon.
