Lie on your back, with your legs extended on floor. Hold the ball with both hands, and extend arms back over your head. Raise arms and legs toward each other, lifting your head and shoulders as you do. When your hands and feet are directly up, transfer the ball to your feet, then lower your arms and legs back to the floor. Repeat, this time switching the ball from your feet to your hands at the up position.

I haven't ever trained completely like that when doing circuits, so I can't give a fully educated observation, but from what I was familiar with and assessing the rest, I doubt you did anything wrong. You've covered all the bases pretty much and provided variety and increased intensity as things progress, so i'd say you've done a good job.
That looks similar to what we do in our bootcamp classes, though without the bags. Nice workout! Looks like fun!
You are NOT a small Fish in a big pond, you're a tough Fish in a sharks paradise. Not easy prey, but able to fight with the predators.
Believe in yourself and your abilities, trust that inner strength. You are fighting at the world championships! You have earned the right to be there and to stand toe to toe with your opponent. Remember to trust your instincts, fight your fight. Give it all you have and regardless of the outcome, whether you win or not, you will have the peace of knowing that you fought your best fight.PandorasVise wrote:I am leaving in the morning and I am going in strong and looking scary.
