As for the dancing and yoga, the dancing is much more fun than the yoga, but the yoga provides me with a more interesting way to stretch and whatnot. We have digital cable with Time Warner here, so I've got around 2000 channels. I watch 3 shows. Lol. I do however love the On Demand channels.
