Keep it going Jena. Saw that you took a walk the other day. :D Dancing and yoga sound like a lot of fun. I don't i think have anything like that with my cable that i know of.

When do you go back to school?

6g is 6000mg right?? So I'm fine with 2500-3000mg right??

Haha, I told you, I like walks if I have someone to walk with, so walks with my mom and dogs is fine. As for the dancing and yoga, the dancing is much more fun than the yoga, but the yoga provides me with a more interesting way to stretch and whatnot. We have digital cable with Time Warner here, so I've got around 2000 channels. I watch 3 shows. Lol. I do however love the On Demand channels.

I go back to school around the 1st of September, Move-in is the 4th of September, but I may need to pick up my UPass the 2nd, so We'll likely hit the road the morning of the 1st.

2000 channels! I would love it although i don't watch tv that much. You got to tell me can you find something to watch when you have 2000 channels, i always feel like there isin't much on??

Sounds like you have a month to workout and focus on your diet before hitting the books! :D

Haha. I hate television other than a few things, so I tend to only watch it if I'm really bored or if one of my shows are on. :p

The only shows I watch on a regular basis though come on two channels. Lol. (Glee, So You Think You Can Dance, Switched at Birth) Otherwise the only channels I find helpful are the Sports and Fitness on Demand, Music Choice, Movies on Demand, and Cutting Edge on Demand. My parents pay for 2000 channels and between the 4 of us in my house, I think 15 or 16 channels might get used. I wish we could pay for just the channels we use. Lol.

Yup, just over a month. And then Jenna (one of my roommates, we're actually likely to be sharing a room ironic, eh?) and I are going to get a workout schedule going because she wants to go, but she doesn't like to go alone, and I don't mind going alone, so we're going to try to get it set so that we can go together c: It'll likely be later in the evening which isn't my favorite, but oh well. :p

My only problem with it is that she's MUCH thinner than I am. Lol. So it's a little embarrassing for me.

I know exactly how you feel, but she obviously doesn't care. I am the worst for being self-conscious around others. But give it a try, you may find it helps :D

I've worked out with her before and she's fun and I love the girl (clearly or I wouldn't be volunteering to live with her) I just feel like I can't keep up with her. :(

That's the best kind of friend to have! As long as they are supportive and encouraging they challenge you to keep going. :)

Today was weigh in day for me and I'm very excited to say that I've lost 1.8 pounds in the last week. C:

Today I didn't eat too terribly well, but I tried to get up as close to my goals as possible. However, I'm starting to run out of dance exercise routines on my tv and so I'm trying to decide what other kinds of exercise routine programs I can find on there to keep from getting bored. Then again, there are more dance routines, they're just ones I'm not interested in (Burlesque dancing and anything with the word "sexy" in the title. Lol). I'm thinking of maybe trying to figure out when there are instructional workout dance classes at the Ray when I go back to school. I may not be very good at dancing, but it's certainly more fun to me than doing calisthenics and other sorts of cardio work. Besides, with all the lunges and whatnot built into dancing, I feel like it's a good strength workout as well. My only thing is that I cannot stand to be seen when I dance so it's looking like dance classes might be beyond my comfort zone. I've also noticed that I always have a pretty high sugar intake, even on days I eat the most healthily.

Today's totals::
Calories - 1522
Exercise - 334
Net Calories - 1188
Fat - 34g
Carbs - 177g
Fibre - 13g
Sugar - 89g
Protein - 130g
Sodium - 2190mg
