20 minutes day running is fine.

I'm not sure what you mean about the weights when you say 24lbs. Do you mean you have different sized Dumbells, ranging up to 24lbs, or a couple of small bars with adjustable weight?

Okay then you do have options.

I'd go for something like this.

2 Sets Squats, 8-10 reps

2 Sets Lunges, 8-10 reps

2 sets Deadlifts, 8-10 reps

2 sets upright Pec Flyes, 8-10 reps

2 sets Bent over Rows, 8-10 reps.

2 sets Shoulder Presses 8-10 reps.

1 set Hammer Curls, 8-10 reps

1 set Tricep Kickbacks, 8-10 reps.

Planks 1 minute.

How can anybody afford to give something costing that much away for nothing? I've seen sites do that on the basis of "limted time only", but this site seems to be able to give it away free forever.

Also every time you post you seem to mention this system, is this a pesonal choice, or do you carry a vested interest in the system / products?

No vested interest just worked really well for me at a time when I had gotten really discouraged. Also not sure exactly how the site reads, but the free stuff is not the actual product it is diet and exercise plans, and an explanation of how HCG works.

That's fine :). I just asked because we do sometimes get sneaky posters trying to illegally promote health products. not many, but if I had a penny for every time in the last 3-4 years someone had done that, I'd probably have enough for a can of coke :P.

Hi Jose Tomas,

Sorry to step into the conversation .Actually I would have a question for you.
My name is Edit and I am hungarian.
I am actually in Valpo, Chile for like 4 months more and I would be interested if you could recommend me a gym here in Valparaiso, to use a treadmill. I have been running outside lately but recently my knee started to suffer bcs of the concrete surface :( So I decided I should better be training inside in between the workouts outside.

Thanks for your reply in advance and wish you luck for your workouts :)

Gracias
Edit

Got on here a little late but hope you are on track! No matter what you do remember to lose weight you must burn more calories than you take in. Do that in any combination of diet and exercise and you will be successful. Good Luck!! For some excellent info on diets, types of fat burning foods, fastest ways to lose weight, weight loss meal plans and more check out this site: http://eatgreatlosetheweight.com/

With the greatest of respect, that's not a very accurate response, as "any combination of diet and exercise" to some people, could be 800-1,200 calories a day, low weights and too much treadmill, which is the sort of thing some come on here and confess to, when their intended weight loss target stalls within the first 20%-30%.

Also burning more than you take in, is also the attitude of some anorexics. I've seen it written on pro-anorexia sites, of people eating less than 1000 calories a day and getting upset at spluring on 2x that for 2 days and thinking they need to restrict back to where they were, or even less and do a lot of treadmill.

I'm not saying you promote anorexia, but what I'm saying as constructively as I can is, that your comment is too general and doesn't come with any more specific pointers, or some kind of caveat, involving possible wording like "within reason", "not doing too much", "not undereating", "not using fad systems", or "not necessarily using a one size fits all system because they dont' exist" as examples.

Hopefully I clarified my point well enough :).

Take care.
