I wieghed myself again this morning just to see if I was setting up for another disappointing week, but so far (since Monday) I'm down .9 pounds. :D That was a very pleasant surprise this morning.

You're right I was unaware of pansexuality, which seems, to my understanding, to be like Bi-sexuality but on a higher level. where there are no boundaries sexually or amorously, regarding what someone can feel towards any or all others.

Hopefully my intepretation is fairly accurate.

Yes you CAN be very proud of your recent weight loss :).

You should keep a running total, because right now, that must be what 3.5lbs or something like that I think.

I'm proud of you as always and I want you to keep pushing and keep believing in what you're doing. Right now you are potentially doing the best you have ever done, to tame your weight gremlins, by being about as consistent as you can be, not just with effort, but with transcribing and documenting in what forms your efforts manifest themselves.

You CAN do this and as always we as a community are right behind you, so WELL DONE and don't let yourself slip out of the groove right now. You've recently been in a difficult emotional situation, but you're still trying to make physical change happen and document it and that does show some heart and courage, not to let recent events hurt your progress, by screwing with your mindset.

I'm pushing with you all the way okay and I want you to know that :).

BIG, BIG HUGS.

You're doing GREAT, so keep pushing, keep believing and GOOD LUCK.

:) :) :)

That would be correct, Boss. C: You're the tiniest bit, but I'm not going to get into sematics and the like.

I can do that. Right now, I've lost a total of 3.3 pounds, could be off the slightest bit if I remembered my starting weight incorrectly

Thank you everyone who has been so supportive with my weightloss and this whole emotional situation and everything, it means a lot to me.

I'm not going to write a lot right now because I would like some sleep. Haha.

It might only be 3.3lbs now, but it has the potential to get better and it WILL get better and in doing so, you should hopefully find a more stabilising effect on your moods sometimes, when you can feel more positively about yourself :).

Thanks, Boss, I'll try to keep that in mind. Things are really rough, but I'm certainly hoping that things will get better soon.

On the slightly bright side, I have internet access again, on the super crappy downside, I'm struggling immensely to figure out how to finance everything that goes into getting ready to go back to university. I'm stressed out hardcore, to the point I've had a really horrible headache ever since I came out to my dad. :/

Today was a horrible day diet wise so far, I went out shopping with my mom and brother and we stopped for lunch. I wanted to go to the sushi place, but they wanted friendly's.... And friendly's sells nothing healthy. :c So I had a fish wrap figuring it would be better than a burger or something like that. I also switched out the fries that came with it for mashed potatoes with no butter or gravy, so it. Is probably less than the 1300 I got from the nutrtion facts for the meal online. I also haven't worked out yet today. I might later but I'm feeling really down and I've been really bored with working out lately. I'll post my totals for the day later, after I've decided whether or not I'm going to work out.

I give you credit. Your doing really well and you are at the same time are having not the easiest personal life too. A hard thing to do.

Hang in there! What are you doing for workouts right now? Are you still doing the on demand videos?

Thanks, it's one of the only things that I can do that I can control, so it makes me feel a little better to be able to control at least something in my life right now. To workout I switch it up between on demand workout videos, Just Dance II for the Wii, and I broke out my old DDR Supernova game and pad (thankfully I have one of the metal pads so it has lasted. I've had the game since I was 11 I think.)

Update on yesterday: I didn't end up working out because got distracted on working on a new drawing. proof

One thing I'll say is, even when you feel like not working out too much, remember why you do it and then it might make it a bit easier to do.

The real test is being able to do it, even when you don't feel like it. It makes those ones extra special, if you are someone that sometimes struggles to want to, because you know you overcame a small mental or emotional barrier to get it done.

I know you are capable of developing that attitude towards working out, because it is important to do it and such an attitude will help and also because you ARE worth it.

You're a great artist by the way, so I'm sure you'll find a way to put your wellbeing and your passions on an even keel :).

Keep believing in yourself okay and be strong. We believe in you and we all, including myself, want you to do well.

Good luck and chin up, because I'm proud of you at the moment and I want you to be proud of yourself, because the effort and the doumenting are positive steps forwards, as is the mild improvement in the way you express yourself :).

I think you've mellowed a touch more now.

Well, Boss, in my defense, I hadn't taken a day off working out in about a week, so it's not the end of the world. Besides, I worked out today. c: I also made some delicious, healthy calzones for dinner. c: I'll update with my daily totals later this evening.

Well that's fine then. I didn't think you were slipping into laxe habits, but I admit I hadn't factored in how much you'd pushed yourself and of course you must be mindful to not over do it, because too much working out can be counterproductive.
