24 weeks pregnant and having pain ?

I'm 24 weeks pregnant today and for the past 4 hours my stomach has had sharp pains it feels like maybe it could be gas but no gas it doesn't get better when i lay on my side or back! Has this happend to anyone ? It's sore also like when I rub on my stomach it makes the cramping shrp pain worse
