*** Regarding body pix... I'm a bit chunky and not sure what's the best workout. Of course, full body workout and a lot of squats & lunges right? I'm trying to do more cardio so those legs of mine can be a lil bit smaller & arms
10/3/115:15AM: 15mins – Zumba, Protein shake
7:30AM: Coffee with Soymilk, wheat bread x 2, eggs x 1 1/2, low-fat cheese
11AM: Liquid meal (Meal replacement)
12PM: Gym – Kick boxing class (45mins)
1:30PM: Chicken & veggie pot stickers x7, brown rice ½ cup, and steam broccoli x 1 cup
4PM: Cottage cheese & almond butter
6:30PM: Steam broccoli & bake pork chop with salt & pepper, green tea
Got up a bit late this morning so I had to cut my morning workout short. Forgot my snack before gym so liquid meal will do.
Way to go for a Monday... ohwell, gotta do what we gotta do.

P.S.I'll start posting up wedding dresses to see what might fit my bodyframe and will start trying on wedding dresses the middle or end of the month.
