Free workout plans are probably not hard to find. You could google them, or alternatively if you need bodyweighted ones, I can paste one I've given out on here before. It's all standard stuff to understand, nothing overly complicated.
You can watch exercixe stuff on You Tube and possibly other similar sites like Revver and you can probably download sufficient apps to be of some use. I can't tell you about which are good or not good though, as I'm not someone that uses app based tchnology.
