(That's a bit low Calorie really. I'd have scrambled Eggs with around 4 Whites and a Yolk, with the Fibre Bar, then add something else in like an Apple for example.)
10 or 11 I have some popcorn and milk

1 I have a peanut butter sandwich and some baked chips
around 4 another fiber bar
(Have some protein with this, like some Turkey, Chicken, Ham, etc)
6 or so I have 6oz chicken breast, bowl of spinach, and another hard boiled egg with a nice glass of milk.
(Good, but I'd not have the Egg, incase you eat too many Eggs in one day.
You could eat something else around 2-3 hours after that, like a portion of Peanuts, some Low Fat Cheese, Chicken Sandwich, Beans on Toast etc. If you're concerned about mould and Aflatoxins in Peanuts, then buy western grown as opposed to eastern grown, if you have Peanuts, but if you want them and you're not bothered buy whatever brand suits you best)
