new here...trying to enter time for my cardio and it keeps defaulting to one minute
how do I enter time for exercise?

Two possibilities.
1. You're not using a time format the system recognises.
2. The system has a glitch
I would PM the Admin and tell him what is going on and he should then alert the tech team, because I don't use the tracker systems, so I can't tell you if it's a recent or recurrent problem.
