start by eating as many veggies, fruit and lean meat/eggs as you can anad also doing squats and lunges multiple times throughout the day at various times like maybe sets of 10 squats on evedn hrs and sets of 6 lunges on odd hrs

Icky and kind of sticky Question: I never used to stink when I sweat. Now I sweat heaps all day and it smells awful. Is this normal, the smell that is?

I know this is an old post but i thought i would reply to it as well. You could try using an antibacterial soap with this. My nephew had this problem he is just 16 and in football. And my sister researched and got him an antibacterial soap and that did the trick.

I think this is great advice. I get a little overwhelmed with what i should eat what i shouldn't. How many carbs i need to eat or protein etc. Also, i like the squat and lunges idea too!

Start slowly and increase slowly, you should get moderate soreness but not bruising!! ....I have posted a good workout for beginners here : http://www.jacksayz.com/free-workouts/ and will be posting more so you can vary every 4 to 8 weeks which is important both for your body as well as your mind.

Very best of luck......make sure you keep on training the trick is continuity :o
