Congratulations!

Was curious how those body wraps worked. Definitely drink some water. Kind of something different and fun to try though. :)

Exercise looks good. It's a lot of exercise but your wedding day is afterall a special day. :)

Good thing you got the dress, or you might have had to make one out of old bin liners or something like that .

That might look vaguely credible at Paris fashion week, when a size 1 model walks around, wearing bin bags with bits of twigs, leaves and dog turds stuck to it, but in the real world it's not everyday chic, or anyday chic come to think of it; but hey if someone wants to pay me 30 grand or whatever the going rate is, to wear a bin liner and proclaim it as an artistic statement, I might just do it :P :P .

I just found out that I have to go somewhere after work & won’t be back until 1AM therefore I can’t workout later. If I knew that, I would have done cardio in the morning. Ohwell, consider it a rest day and will workout on Sunday unless I'm super sore.. LOL

I didn’t get a chance to upload my pictures but here is how the dress kinda looks like but not really… Brand: Maggie Sottero… The retail price range from $1,000 – $1,500… guess how much I got it for?? :P

How do dresses like that with no shoulder strapping, not end up slithering down to the wearers ankles and becoming a safety risk?

What keeps them in place? I've never worked it out, unless the cut is milimetre precise.

OMG… Last night I was SOOOOO freaking proud of myself!!! We had to go visit my fiancé’s family to do some prayers after the 40th day of death. (2hrs drive) They had catered food and soooooo much desserts… Guess what? I didn’t touch any!!! Nope, not the cakes (4 different ones/kinds), not the pie, not the cookies, not the ice cream (3 different flavor buckets of it), not the creme brulee, and not chocolates (I don’t even like it anyways!) and many more but I only had my protein and no rice. I will sadly say, they had no veggies or salad… So, I drank tons of water before, during and after my dinner. There was some eggplants stir fried with a dish... I must say, that’s kinda like my only veggie.. LOL… I’m happy because that was only the practice before the holiday gathering.

Diet, I’m going to switch between soymilk and almond milk. Why? Because I’m being paranoid with too much soy. :P

Believe it or not Eggplant, (Aubergine), is actually a fruit, because it contains seeds.

However that's a minor point. The main thing is how you responded to the situation. It's a sign of positve mental progress for you and you should be proud of yourself and I'm proud of you as well :).

WELL DONE.

This weekend will be another challenge again because we have to go back to my fiancé’s family place… yup, another 2hrs of driving. They are having a big fest. I’m already preparing myself mentally and try my best again when it comes to food!! I’m going to the dentist in the morning so… I’m going to ask my orthodontic to really tight my braces so it can hurt… LOL (It will prevent me from eating too much… LOL…)

I hope I have a little time this weekend so I can upload the wedding dress that I bought. Have a good weekend all.

Aubergines are Fruits though. Everything with seeds and pips is a fruit, including Tomatos, Peppers, Aubergines as we know, Marrow and Cucumber, but Pineapple is a vegetable because it has no seeds.

Headjam city folks .

Long hours and finally got home last night at 11PM and crashed. Last Friday I stayed until 1AM… LOL I didn’t eat very much, didn’t sleep very much, and didn’t workout at all. Got up this morning, and really wanted to call in sick and sleep in like a baby! However, as a professional adult that need earn $$ to make ends meet… I went to work!

Venting: :P *Delete* It's better... Thanks for listening/reading

Glad to see you around Nokie. :)

Yeah working with people can suck sometimes. I think everyone can relate to that. I can also relate to the grey hairs. I don't have grey hairs but have it a little worse with a bit of a receding hair line. Getting old sucks sometimes. At least you can color you hair. :)

It's okay to vent! We here for you support. :D

Sleep good tonight and relax and take care of that headache. :)
