I like ON's (Optimum Nutrition). It has less sugar then muscle milk, tastes pretty good but the one think I like is that it has 4g of Glutamine in every shake so I don't have to take that seperately.

Well Protein Powder sugars are usually beneficial, as a typical one Maltodextrin, spikes Bloodsugar up after workouts, but to my knowledge Muscle Milk is a bit fattier than P P's, so go for something like ON.

ive used musle milk before and dident really feel any diffrence should i take something with creatine?

i am trying to get mass should i get the mass one or does it really make a diffrence wether i get that one or the regular one?

Use a regular Protein Powder. If you find it doesn't do much for you after several months, switch to a Weight gainer kind, but I don't think you'll need to whack all those extra calories into yourself to get going, and you could get fatter unnecessarily

well i have trouble gaining wheight im skinny im only 148lbs at 6'2" so i wouldent mind some fat i could get it off if i neede to

IMO there is no need to take a protein shake with creatine, especially if you are taking the shake after you workout. Creatine should be taken before you workout.

Also, don't add unnecessary fat, you could get mass without adding fat.

Maybe you wouldn't mind the Fat, but it will contribute to more than some negative chub under the skin, so bulking cleaner is always the best thing where possible.

oh and by the way is it bad to sleep after meals and stuff cause since ive started eating alot more it seems like i cant get enough sleep is there such thing as too much sleep

Possibly. There's supposedly the thinking too much sleep affects lifespan or something like that, not sure if the thinking is dound enough, and strage runblings that 8 hours is too long and 3-4 is optimum.

I know I could get 3-4 hours sleep, it's even been know on rare occasions, but within a week I think I'd probably be knackered, sluggish, and functioning below an acceptable waking capacity.

The only problem sleeping after meals will do is

Lower Bloodsugar depending on the length, and possibly store calories from havign a lowered Heartrate / Metabolism.

Though unless you overate, or had too much junk, calorie storage mostly from excess wouldn't really be a problem.

Plus sleeping releases GH, first two hours only, which could be considered more Anabolic, if you persay had 5-6 hours sleep, and napped throughout the day, compared to having 8 hours stright, but as a counter argument, I don't think it holds enough weight ot make it worthy of doing, even for potentiallya slightly greater GH production daily.

If you're sleeping is a bit problematic, you could try his.

Cut Carbs a bit before sleep and either replace the calories with some Fats or Protein. See if that has any effect. Oh and if you're not already, give yourself 1-2 hours beforehand, don't just eat then sleep. Let the digestive processes kickstart first, so you're not getting as much Carb processing during sleeptime.

Sometimes Carbs can disrupt sleep patterns, though it's not generally bandied about as being a common thing, (I haven't seen anything conclusive, to show it's a common problem, carbs before sleep), I certainly get no problems having Carbs before sleeptime, and never have.

yeah no way i could function properly with just 3-4 hrs a day for more than a coulpe a days i usualy get 7-9. ill cut the carbs before sleep or just eat earlier. probably the latter
