Yes, Coffee has Caffeine, which is the big downside, but people put a positive spin on it by bragging about the Polyphenol antioxidents in it.
Well why not have Resveratrol in Grapes, or Vit C, (Ascorbic Acid), Vit A, (retinol A), Flavanoids, in Legumes, Veggies, Fruits and Grains, which includes Catechins as well, Pycnogenol, (derived from Pine Bark), and possibly a few others I'm unaware of or cannot recall of the top of my head.
