Hi i find that when i follow workouts on this station called Fit TV i do them better and more commited than when i find something on my own and do it my self. Are these Good workouts? If not what is a good program for me? I am mainly looking to tone up my chest and lose fat around my belly. My lower body is fairly toned but im more concerned about my upper body.
BTW:on fit tv i mostly workout with Gilad and sharron Mann.
