Don't just focus on chest, shoulders, and abs. Instead focus on EVERYTHING to ensure that you're not creating muscle imbalances. I would focus on compound movements including: Bench press variations, pushup variations, row variations, pull up and pull down variations, pull overs, dips, overhead press, lunge variations, squat variations, step ups, and deadlift variations. Oh and don't forget about 70% of this stuff is DIET DIET DIET. If youre diet is crap no amount of bench presses or squats are going to get you to your goals. Lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats.

AMEN SISTA!!!!

I always giggle inside when I see the dudes walking around my gym with HUGE chests and teeny weeny little chicken legs. Speaking of balance, they look like they are going to tip over they are so top heavy! Plus their poor backs must be sooooo imbalanced and weak. They are pretty much an injury waiting to happen!

Legs are HUGE. They produce a lot of testosterone which means more muscle so...

work your legs for a bigger chest!

Balance is key!

I agree that balance is the key. However, muscle cells do not have the capability of producing testosterone. On the other hand, more fat means more of the testosterone will be converted to estradiol (female hormon) in the fat tissue. So, again, balance is indeed the key.

Just my 2c.

You seem to be quite fit and looks like have less to develop. Good luck with your goals.
