Gym Etiquette - Proper Ways To Act When
Working Out
Below are the top 10 ways you should behave in the gym and
to gym staff employees. This list is from gym staff directly, so take note and
make sure to adhere to these if you want to stay on their good side. 1.
Do not swipe your own card - receptionists have a job description and take pride
in greeting you. 2. Do not jump the turnstiles - they are not
the first hurdles to exercise. 3. Personal trainers do not
like being interrupted when clients are paying for their time. 4.
Group training instructors take offense when you leave their class early without
telling them beforehand and then have to pay for therapy to get over the insult. 5.
Sweat towels and gloves should get washed like other workout gear. 6.
Lifestyle Consultants are not supposed to pack weights all day - if you can lift
it, you can pack it. 7. Each staff member has a separate role
in the club - NEVER ask a membership consultant for exercise advice. 8.
Bodily processes should be restricted to the toilet - not the pool, steam room
or shower. 9. It's not your house - you cannot change the TV,
music or temperature to cater exclusively for your needs. 10.
Staff do not earn $10,000 per month - you do not pay our salary.
