Low Calorie Recipes - Tilapia Filets
Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia filets (fresh or frozen)
- 4 teaspoons of white cooking wine
- 3 cloves
- Chopped garlic
- Parsley
- Cooking spray (optional)
- Salt & pepper (optional)
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Pat dry tilapia with paper towel.
- Add tilapia to bowl.
- Add all ingredients and make sure you get both sides.
- Spray cooking spray on both sides.
- Salt & pepper each side.
- Cover & give it a good swirl around (the longer you marinate
the better, but I usually let it sit for 5-10 min while I'm preparing
my veggies & it tastes amazing as well).
- Place tin foil in a baking pan & coat with cooking spray.
- Add fish and any extra juice on top.
- Cover the top with foil as well (like a tent) and seal it around
(this keeps all the flavor sealed in and prevents fish from drying
out).
- Cook for 25-30 minutes.
