Add all ingredients and make sure you get both sides.
Spray cooking spray on both sides.
Salt & pepper each side.
Cover & give it a good swirl around (the longer you marinate
the better, but I usually let it sit for 5-10 min while I'm preparing
my veggies & it tastes amazing as well).
Place tin foil in a baking pan & coat with cooking spray.
Add fish and any extra juice on top.
Cover the top with foil as well (like a tent) and seal it around
(this keeps all the flavor sealed in and prevents fish from drying
out).
