He attended college in Arkansas and Iowa where he played football.
Illness sidelined the young athlete when he was diagnosed
with dangerously high toxicity levels. The doctors eventually

I'm a natural pro bodybuilder with the
WNBF. Fitness is my passion. Modeling has always been an aspiration
of mine. I have a certification in massage therapy. I'm also
a certified personal trainer. With that said I'm self trained.
I grew up playing sports. I was very active with soccer, wrestling,
boxing, and football. I got introduced to the weight room
in high school. From that moment on I never stopped.

I got into Male Modeling at the age of
18, and continue to have a busy schedule this very day. I
not only compete as a male fitness model, I also compete in
natural bodybuilding shows all over the country. I also have
appeared in many Films, TV shows, commercials, magazines,
and catalogs. But what I am most proud of is helping others
achieve their goals. Whether it's health and fitness, motivation,
nutrition and well being I always encourage people to follow
their dreams.

building. I went from 185 lbs and 19% body fat to 205 lbs
10% body fat. In 2000 I had professional photos done, I was
45 years old. I submitted them to several agencies and that
was the start. I am now 52 and still training myself and others.
I am the manager of a fitness facility and I am also an exercise

My name is Anthony and I've been working
out for 14 years. Right now I work as a steamfitter apprentice
and I go to school twice a week. I am a very hard worker and
I also train hard. My dad is the reason I started working
out. Weight training kept me out of trouble and gave me discipline.
My hobbies are working out and listening to music since it
soothes my soul.

I am a former college football player
at the University of Cincinnati turned personal trainer. I
began a new body building regiment in 2007, and in early 2008
when I received my personal training certification, I took
my body building to another level. As a personal trainer,
the number one thing I like best about being into fitness
is seeing the smiles on my client's faces when I update their
weight and measurements. It's almost and emotional experience!

I made a radical change to my lifestyle
which allowed me to transform my body. I went from an overweight
person who smoked cigarettes and drank alcohol regularly,
to competing for the UK IronMan! It's taken me 10 years to
get here. I started when I was 30 years old and finally reached
the end of this journey at 40. I am now fitter than I have
ever been in my life!
