Long Arm Oblique Twists


Exercise Advice: Grab a medicine ball with
both hands and hold it out to one side of your body, about lower-chest
level. With your feet just beyond shoulder width apart, slowly rotate
your trunk to the right and then back to the left as far as you
can twist. Be sure to really focus on flexing your abdominals throughout
