Overhead Triceps Extensions


Exercise Advice: Stand or sit in an upright
position holding a medicine ball with both hands back behind your
head. Slowly extend the medicine ball upward, keeping your elbows
locked in place. Once your arms are fully extended, flex your triceps
for a one-count. Return to the start position and repeat for the
