Medicine Ball Exercises - Standing Oblique Twists


Exercise Advice: While standing, hold a medicine
ball in your hands with your arms at your sides and your hands positioned
just above your waist. Twist the ball around your body to one side
while keeping your lower body fixed and really feeling the tension
