Ezra Dew - Biography:

Ezra Dew is Houston's most respected personal trainer. As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, he was responsible for training new recruits; getting them strong and fit in a short period of time. While in the Corps, Ezra was assigned as an U.S. Embassy Officer in Stockholm, Sweden and Caracas, Venezuela as was responsible for the Marines health and fitness. He not only helped the Marines gain strength and endurance, but improved their overall health. He implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of the Marines. Ezra completed 7 successful years with the Marine Corps and Department of State. His program was very effective, and continues to be a part of the team's routine to this day.

Ezra is also a Champion natural bodybuilder and fitness model. He won Musclemania Dallas 2011 and Houston 2011 and now is the cover model for Musclemania Fitness Texas Tour 2012. He continues to demand excellence from his own physique as he requires from others. He is only training Individual clients that are determined to make a life change. He is making a positive difference in so many people's lives, not just in fitness but in their overall attitude and perspective on life by educating the mind and influencing the spirit.

He is certified by the Official Training School Professional Fitness Instructor School (PFIT) of Texas and is recognized as a Certified Personal Trainer by the Certified Personal Trainers Association. He is CPR Certified and still holds Combat Medical Training from the military. He also holds a degree in Business Management from Phoenix University.
