Fitness Model Questions & Answers
Fitness Question #1 - What is the best
way to get started in the fitness modeling industry? Should I just
contact the photographers directly or should I use an agency?
Answer:
It's best if you personally know the photographer unless you
have a lot of money, or if your that talented the agency will
pay. I would go with the photographer first you will need a good
portfolio to show the agencies.

Fitness Question #2 - Please describe
a typical day for you. What is your daily routine like?
Answer:
I get up around 10 A.M. I am an afternoon person and I love my
rest! Your muscles cant regenerate if you don't give them proper
rest. I eat as soon as I wake to jump start my metabolism then
I get into my workout, I workout for about an hour. Then drink
a Whey protein shake. I usually eat once every 2-3 hours. If I
have clients then I'm training them the rest of the day making
schedules and making phone calls. If I have no clients I'm making
new friends and new clients.

Fitness Question #3 - I dont
have that much time during the day to workout, so I really want
to burn major calories in a short amount of time. What is the #1
bang for the buck cardio exercise I should do to burn
serious calories?
Answer:
I would have to say the jump rope, sounds simple but most people
can't go past 2 minutes straight jump roping.

Fitness Question #4 - How much weight
(pounds) should I focus on losing every week? What is a safe amount
to make sure I keep it off?
Answer:
2 pounds is a safe average.

Fitness Question #5 - What type of
food or supplements should I take before and after my workouts to
help me see results in gaining lean muscle and losing fat?
Answer:
Different supplements for different people. Me personally I use
creatine and whey protein I also take a daily multivitamin with
a 100% of most vitamins and minerals.

Fitness Question #6 - How do you deal
with cravings for junk foods, sweets and salty food? I can stay
on a diet for maybe a few weeks but I eventually get really bad
cravings and binge on snacks and fast foods.
Answer:
Buy the imitation, they have fat free chips, ice cream etc
you'll feel less guilty.

Fitness Question #7 - Im trying
to create a healthy shopping list to stick with. What are some of
the main foods I should include to maintain a lean and muscular
physique?
Answer:
Tuna fish, fresh vegetables and fruits, beans, chicken breast,
pastas, and meal replacement bars (trust me they come in handy).

Fitness Question #8 - Im about
35 pounds over weight. I have never started an exercise program
and really dont know where to start. What tips can you give
me to get started on the right track?
Answer:
Start off slow on the exercise and don't overwork yourself because
you will quit early. Also don't start comparing yourself to others
and wanting to get results too quickly. This will discourage you
and stress you out. Before you know it, you will be on a depressed
binging rage. LOL.

Fitness Question #9 - I tend to eat
out most of the time and really dont know what healthy foods
to order from the menu. What tips do you recommend for eating out
at restaurants to make sure my diet will not suffer?
Answer:

restaurants have just make sure you ask them now to put the fattening
sauces on it. I also go with some salads but like I said before
make sure you cut back on the dressing.

Answer:
