Muscle Building Questions - Muscle Soreness
During Biceps Curls
Question: When I do biceps curls there is no soreness in that area but
I feel it on the outside of my forearm. Is my technique wrong?
Answer: If you're not feeling it in your biceps, then change the movement
with the angle and the position of your wrists. Try supinating curls where you
turn/twist your wrists up and really place tension on the inside of your biceps
at the top of the movement. If you switch up the biceps exercise on each workout,
you will feel which movements are creating soreness and which ones are not producing
much breakdown.
