Workout For Fight Club
Question: I'm beginning to start the Brad Pitt workout that he did for
fight club, I was just wondering if there are any ab or leg exercises he did.
There is nothing in the workout that specifies these body parts. His abs were
crazy in that movie, he must have done something? Let me know, but so far the
workout has been extremely challenging...

during his workout, we can recommend a few great ones to use: Legs:
Abs: The real key to getting 6-pack abs like Brad's is
through your diet. Eating the right foods to stimulate fat burning is really the
only way to remove that last little fold around the abdominal area and have your
abs show through. You can add some abs exercises along with your clean diet, but
exercise alone will never give you the results you're looking for. Its simply
a matter of getting your body fat levels low enough to have your abs stand out.
