Muscle Building Questions - Brad Pitt's
Workout and Number of Repetitions
Question: I have a question about the Brad Pitt routine, I guess you've
had a lot of mail about it But I've started of with that one and I think its great.
But I'm just not sure what the meaning is of doing sometimes up to 80-90 reps.
I know a lot about training and what many reps do But not just that amount so
I would be glad if you could tell me a little more! :) Feel free to explain at
any level.
Answer: I believe the "80-90" is actually the weight he used
in pounds. I would probably not recommend going over about 25-30 reps per set
for any movement. Anything higher than this and the amount of weight used would
not be sufficient to increase muscle mass.
