Plan For Muscle Mass
Question: I want to add weight and gain muscle and presumably I need a
specific type of diet.
Here's what I ate today. How does this look? Morning
7:30 - Porridge with chopped banana and a sprinkling of sugar. Mid-morning
11:00 - Plum, Apple and a nectarine. Lunch 13:00 - Chicken Tikka
Roll. Mid-afternoon 17:00 - Ryvita with left over chili con carne. Dinner
19:00 - Cheese and tomato pasta bake with broccoli, cucumber and green beans. Late
evening 21:00 - A handful of pistachio nuts.
Answer: If you want to gain more muscle mass, you definitely need to increase
your protein. Focus on eating a lean protein source at every meal and get at least
